71. #Hired: Work Social Media

Show Notes | September 8, 2020 | Episode 71 As a working mom of three and a PhD candidate, Lantisha Scott overcame COVID-19 quarantine layoffs with a flexible opportunity that supports her busy lifestyle. Lantisha discovered VirtForce through a Facebook Group for military spouses with advanced degrees. Lantisha is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the school where Lantisha was working as a substitute teacher transitioned to online learning, leaving her without a job.  After a month of searching, Lantisha landed a job as a customer service expert with SimplrFlex. Through VirtForce, Lantisha found a job she could do from home while OCONUS.  She loves the opportunity to work from home, help other people and earn an income on her terms.
