Former Pirates infielder Tucupita Marcano has been banned for life after being caught gambling on baseball, which were Pirates games last season while injured. Poni thinks the punishment is too harsh and Marcano shouldn’t face a lifetime ban because he was on the IL when the games took place. Poni thinks this is another moment people will sadly tie to the Pirates.
