Boeing is poised to launch astronauts to the International Space Station for Nasa. The Boeing Starliner is set for launch tomorrow, years behind schedule and more than a billion dollars over budget. US correspondent Richard Arnold tells Mike Hosking Boeing has struggled with all sorts of technical issues as they work to become the alternate space operator. When it was tested for the first time, the Starliner had a computer problem that put it in the wrong orbit – detrimental if it were to have had people on board.
