FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A black male motorcyclist was shot and killed Monday around 12:30 p.m. in Fayetteville. Police said Stephen Addison, 32, was shot in the chest in a road rage confrontation and died of his injuries. Police and Cumberland County sheriff's deputies tracked Roger Dale Nobles, 51, to his home on Auburn Street in the county and arrested him on a first-degree murder charge.
