He has published widely on the history of science, ancient astronomy, the history of mathematics, and archaeoastronomy. We talk with him about the nature of consciousness in the universe, why computers (in their current form) will never be fully conscious, missing pieces of evolutionary theory, trans humanist futures, and the way that life emerges from the constants of the universe but at the end, is just about learning to die.
