Grounding with Earth Star Chakra Meditation

Yes, this is another grounding meditation! But sometimes the Universal Consciousness simply calls for it and this week I have been sensing that we all need to continue our Grounding practice. This week I am introducing you to one of the so called "minor" chakras (which are my new focus right now) and this one is the Earth Star Chakra.Whilst we usually engage with the Root Chakra to help us ground, this hard working chakra has so much else to deal with - relationships with our family, our survival, our nourishment, our body - just a few small matters! BUT the Earth Star Chakra's only mission in its energy is to keep us grounded, creating a strong bond to the Earth keeping us tethered whilst all the other stuff of life happens. I am also making a new kind of connection with the Earth - one that is more based in electrical energy rather than the more traditional earthy rooting energy.
