Element Meditation - Earth (Root Chakra)

The Chakra Way Meditation Podcast - Podcast készítő Rosanne Nieboer

This is the first of a series that I will be giving you on connecting with each chakra through its element. We are inevitably starting at the Mulhadara Chakra - Root - where the element is Earth. There are so many ways to connect with the earth - in literal terms we can get out into nature and spend time working the earth, walking in nature and appreciating the beauty of trees (so easy to do since trees are simply awesome!) and finding our own personal connection with earth. Another way to connect with the Earth element is when we are eating. Since pretty much all food derives from the Earth, when we are choosing our ingredients, preparing them and then eating them, we can simply take a moment before tucking in to appreciate its origin. To acknowledge that this sustenance was provided by the element of Earth.I also mention that knowing where your energy imbalances lie is key to being able to heal and rebalance your chakras, and one of the best ways of doing this is with a chakra reading! You can book a chakra reading with me on my website - simply use this link. Or send the link to someone who might want to give this as a gift! I look forward to meeting you...Special announcement!
