Connecting with your Energy Meditation

In todays meditation we connect with our energy through a chakra scan. Each energy centre is given love, gratitude and awareness as you connect with your energy. Listening and watching for any messages that might come through as sensations, pulses or tingles, a feeling or emotion, or even a word or phrase, will connect you with YOUR energy and bring awareness to your energy centres.
