Chakra Chat - Throat Chakra with Teresa Verney

Welcome to the first episode of a mini series of podcasts that I am bringing you with a different format! My meditations will continue, but will be interspersed with these Chakra Chats. Each episode will be a conversation with someone who I feel embodies the qualities, or specialises in the area surrounding a particular chakra. The first episode is all about the throat chakra and the power and importance of our voices and of singing!I am in conversation with Teresa Verney who is a singing teacher who uses the voice and her teaching of singing as a healing tool.
