Joel is currently a Lead Recruiter for Hirewell, where he oversees full-desk recruitment and account management within Hirewell’s Human Resources and Professional Service Practice. He wasn’t always a recruiter. As you will soon hear, Joel was born in the UK, and had to face a fair amount of obstacles on his journey to where he is today. Joel started in Finance, and worked his way through multiple recruiter roles as well as some time on his own prior to landing at Hirewell, and well before amassing almost 100,000 followers on LinkedIn.
