A Vision for Fishing - Pastor Dragoon

Taking The Land - CFM Sermon Podcast - Podcast készítő Pastor Adam Dragoon

'And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” They immediately left their nets and followed Him. Going on from there, He saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. He called them, and immediately they left the boat and their father, and followed Him.' Matthew 4:18-22 “The worst that a person could experience would be to have sight but no vision.” Helen Keller The Power of Vision - the enemy loves to lie to us and tell us that there is no hope for our lives or our situation but vision can turn all of that around; What is vision? It is the art of seeing what is invisible to others; It is the power to look at something ordinary and see something extraordinary; It is the ability to see a raw sinner and see a changed life Have you realized the vision that God has for your life? We are ALL called to be fisher’s of men, even those not called to preach; When we go fishing you need bait that will attract fish; Jesus wants our lives to be changed into lives that will attract others to the Kingdom and to Him; He has a personal vision for each of us right where we are at today It is important that God has a vision for our life but even more important that WE catch that vision for our lives also; The call to follow isn’t glamorous but we will see miracles done; The call to follow is going to require sacrifice, the fishermen laid down their nets and they did it IMMEDIATELY; Psalm 119:60; There has to be a sense of urgency Want to receive text updates from our church?
