Gay culture is constantly sending us messages that big dicks are the most desirable thing a person could have, but activist Phil Miner says there are lots of people who are turned on by small or average-sized penises, and even more people who could develop confidence about their own size with Phil’s new six-week “Package Acceptance Program”.
