Independent Nicolette Boele wins Bradfield

The final seat of this year's federal election has been called, with independent Nicolette Boele declared the winner of the historically blue-ribbon Sydney seat of Bradfield by just 26 votes over Liberal candidate, Gisele Kapterian.
