Police off the Cuff After Hours # 9 interview with retired 79 squad Lieutenant Tom Joyce

In this episode Bill and Mark interview retired NYPD 79 squad commander Tom Joyce in regards to policing in New York City. Tom was also the CO of the cold case squad.
