Nick is joined by the Racing Post's Lee Mottershead to discuss the day's news, beginning with another significant gamble developing on multiple horses from one small stable across three venues this afternoon. Nick talks at length to the trainer concerned, David "DJ" Jeffreys, to ask about how this might have come about and to discuss the chances of these horses, all of whom were outsiders last night. Nick and Lee also continue the discussion of how the British horses can achieve parity with their Irish rivals, with a notable contribution from TBA National Hunt Chair, Dr Bryan Mayoh, himself the breeder of Gold Cup winner Sizing John.
