Hold that position,  As you continue to breathe in and out normally. LONG PAUSE… And now exaggerate that smile.  Letting your eyes squint,  Smile big.  Continue to hold this expression and smile with your eyes for a few more seconds.  PAUSE… And now, see if you can imagine a moment when you laughed deeply.  When tears streamed down your face, When your face strained because your smile couldn’t get any bigger.  When your whole body shook with glee.  PAUSE… See this moment,  And notice what happens to your body right now.  PAUSE… Notice how you feel.
