In a world full of hate, Hug others tight. PAUSE In a world pulsing with pain, Share your healing touch. This world needs your love, It can do so much. PAUSE Now breathe… All the way out and in, In order to be the light, You must connect within. LONG PAUSE Be here, And notice the thoughts that arise Be here, Stay anchored as calm grows in size. LONG PAUSE Perhaps there are visions, Of suffering that float in your mind. Your heart feels so heavy, When you see others unkind. PAUSE When innocence is stolen, When nature is abused. When anger floods decisions, When mutual respect is refused. PAUSE All our emotions swirl, All our muscles tense, Breathing and slowing down, Unravels and unbends. PAUSE So breathe… All the way out and in, In order to be the light, You must find the calm within. LONG PAUSE Be here, And let all that heaviness go. Be here, Feel your light expand and grow. LONG PAUSE Now imagine your glow, Your love and your light, Flooding the entire planet, Touching all that’s in sight. PAUSE The shadows are lit,  The darkness, it fades.  Your light is so powerful, It spreads and pervades.  PAUSE Imagine it touching, All humans and creatures. Imagine it softening, The lost souls and seekers. PAUSE All hearts are softened, Our connection made clear.
