With every breath I take, I fill my body with calm and relaxation. I release tension with every exhale, feeling more at ease. PAUSE I trust in my ability to navigate through difficult times. My mind is clear, and I am in control of my thoughts. I let go of things beyond my control and focus on the present moment. PAUSE I am surrounded by positive energy that uplifts and supports me.
