The Dallas Stars came back from California going 3-0 and extending their win streak to a season best five games. Chris Tanev has made an immediate impact as a Star and has found a home with Esa Lindell. In just over 30 minutes together, they have the lowest expected goals against of any other pair on the team. However, we still share concerns over the pairing of Ryan Suter and Jani Hakanpaa. The other side of the puck has consistently been great for Dallas this season, but the top line had been snake bitten in February. Jason Robertson, Joe Pavelski, and Roope Hintz each have three goals in their last six games, as well as each having at least point per game. This offense is as deep as it comes in the NHL along with Wyatt Johnston and Logan Stankoven. In the final segment, we look ahead at the Stars five game home stand, the longest since a three gamer back in January. Dallas takes on the best team in the NHL, the Florida Panthers tomorrow and will be a great test for the Stars.
