I do not think that they are doing wrong in life. You know, they could be straightforward in life, say anything they want, do anything they like, and vice versa. In personal life, they can live as what they want and think. But when at work, I think they need to make the change a little bit, because if they want great career or a rather comfortable environment to work, they have to improve their attitude and personality at work. So, in life, I think it is fine, but it could be a bit different when they are at work. That is it.
