Are the rules at school good or bad(文字版)

Some rules can be good and some can be bad. For example, students have to wear school uniforms almost everyday, I don't think it is doing right because at the young age, students want to become beautiful and look much nicer than other people, they could wear any clothes they want. Or let us say, students at school are not allowed to use smart phone everyday, this is doing right because they are too young, their study might be affected by modern technology, they cannot pay attention to study only if the phone is with them. So, that is it.
