Over the past two decades, Taryn has taught Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology to holistic health and yoga students across South Africa and the UK, and she currently lectures with the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of listening deeply to the stories of women seeking to reclaim wholeness in their lives and bodies. Alongside her clinical and academic work, Taryn has explored shamanic practices with mentors in Somerset, United Kingdom, and trained in Kundalini technologies in the mountains of South Africa’s Western Cape. Her work reflects the many paths she has walked—as a woman, student, mother of three boys, and wife—and the tools she has gathered along the way. Drawing equally from scientific understanding and spiritual insight, Taryn brings intuition, grounded experience, and practical wisdom to everyone she works with.
