This episode is a fun little case on Jane Doe. Poor Jane has been suffering from Irregular bowels for 5 years. Narrated by the wonderful Charlene, the other 3 band together, to use the art of deduction and work through the case and how to help treat Jane. They cover differential diagnosis, acupuncture points as well as herbal formulas that would be used in this case. The Case:  Jane Doe, Female, 43 Main complaint – Irregular Bowels for 5 years Jane is an office worker and tends to be an over thinker. She has frequent bowel movements and can occur up to 8 times a day. She feels incomplete after the first few times and requires to go more frequently. The first movement is usually bigger with a loose consistency and urge but have no smell. There is no pain associated with the bowels. She feels easily bloated and can occur spontaneously. She feels lethargic and feels cranky and tired, especially in the afternoon after work. Her head feels ‘congested’ and ‘foggy’. Poor jane also gets dull frontal headaches when she’s tired.  She also feels thirsty throughout the day (despite drinking water). There aren’t any problems with her sleep or urination.
