Stephanie Ray from Bioray joined us in the studio to talk about cleansing and detoxification (perfect timing right for the cold and flu season coming up!). Anyway it was a pleasure to speak with Stephanie Ray and talk about how to take care of and nourish our liver. We had fun talking about why people need to take care of their livers. Stephanie talks about why she's not a fan of liver detox methods but rather nourishing the liver to do its job properly as long as we feed it correctly. But in that vein she did talk about why she likes coffee enemas so much and why they're so helpful for healing the body and improving skin health.
