I want to apologize for the delay in getting this posted. My body had contracted the flu which really put myself out. But I feel so fortunate to know about how to take care of myself naturally. I did high dose liposomal vitamin c, 2 sauna sessions per day, massive amounts of green juices and green powders, urine therapy, biomat sessions, colloidal silver, medicinal mushrooms, drinking loads of water and getting as much sleep as I could. On top of that, I injured my lower back really bad again so I was out of commission for about a week. The sickness lasted about 4 days but the back took almost 4 weeks to heal. So with all of that going on, I apologize for not getting this show out sooner. This episode with Dr. John Bergman was really a fun one. We talked about the endocrine systems. We talked about hormone health, our thyroid glands and adrenal glands. We talked about what exactly is causing them to not function properly in today's society and most importantly what we can do about it on a natural and holistic level.
