Inspired by her passion for hair care and educating others on how to promote hair health, Monique launched Mielle Organics in 2014 and has since grown the company at record-breaking speeds, including expanding its reach through Mielle’s historic 2023 acquisition by Procter & Gamble. Recognized as a leader and role model in the business community, Monique recently launched the Mielle Cares non-profit with a ten-million dollar donation that was matched by P&G.
