The gemara tries to bring support for this and also raise a question against him. According to Rav, the sinews are considered meat, other than the sinews in the neck. The gemara raises a difficulty from our mishnah and brings some resolutions. Why is one not permitted to burn the leftovers on Shabbat / Yom Tov?
