In 1983, The Woodford Slasher was terrorizing the residents of Bellevue, Nebraska. Two boys had been brutally murdered and the community was terrified. The playgrounds were abandoned, bikes laid unused in yards and the local Scout Master gathered his troop for a lesson on how to stay safe, in hopes of preventing another victim.
