Episode 103 // Ciaran O'Grady (World Tour Trainer)

Ciaran O’Grady is a World Tour trainer and personal cycling coach who recently just completed his Ph.D! He is also the fiance of our wonderful host, Freya. This episode was recorded right after Paris Roubaix Femmes so we recapped that along with discussing the inner workings of world tour training and the business side of bikes. We also, for some reason, discussed Linkin Park’s relevance in the music world???? Fortunately, from there we were able to get things back under control before it was too late. Enjoy!
