You’ll learn: — Why it’s vital to view psychological problems as existing as ‘nodes’ in a network’ — Why the 10,000 hour rule doesn’t apply in therapy, and what you can do about it — How to take a scientific approach to your therapeutic work that enables you to get the root causes of your clients’ issues, and continuously improve your skills —How to take a ‘multilevel’ approach to psychotherapy —The Extended Evolutionary Meta Model, and how it can enhance therapeutic work.
