No, but when you see energy it appears as though it is happening with your eyes and you see just as real as if the energy is being physically perceived. It's an important point because we need to understand that seeing is not about making your eyes better... it has nothing to do with them as the physical organ. It's a very important point because it helps us to not "force" seeing with our eyes, but RELAX into seeing... into a different perceptual state. 4:30 - The importance of being able to sustain the "state" of seeing... and why relaxation is necessary for that.  5:45 - Relaxation is like going into 'neutral' in to get to another gear in a standard shift car. Think of the different gears, as different perceptual states... neutral is conscious relaxation. 6:45 - Being able to relax consciously and intentionally to the degree we are talking about takes time and practice.  7:15 - On the highest level, you'll be able to do it in a breath, but in the beginning it will take an hour, or 40 minutes just to get where we are talking about. Then we practice practice practice to make it quicker and quicker.... over time. 9:00 - Force vs. Power, and Dustin's personal experience with relaxation. 10:20 - When you are doing your practices, you'll find that when you get stalled in a certain place, or it isn't quite working or flowing... 90% of the time if you relax deeper things will open up. 12:00 - We are all unique fingerprints, so we're teaching the principles. And that will allow you to make the practice your own. Another area of tension for people can be trying to make their experience like what they think it's supposed to be, or like someone else's.  14:00 - Thoughts on being hard on yourself and knowing when you're doing enough and when you're not. Putting more pressure on yourself only makes you more tense.  16:15 - Go into the practices expecting to get something or experience something great. Make sure to incorporate a sense of adventure and enjoyment.  18:30 - All of the techniques not only help you to see and move you in the direction of your goal, but they also prepare you for the reality of seeing energy. 23:00 - Tension is holding your third eye closed. Deep and profound conscious relaxation is going to open it. 23:30 - It's the opposite of what most people think. 24:00 - Tension vs. Relaxation like the opening of a flower. Analogous to the opening of the third eye. How to use that imagery as a way to enhance the practice. 26:00 - How all descriptions of space and distance, and over-there, and astral etc. are all contrivances of language. It's all right here, right now. 30:00 - The importance of stating what you are there to do before you do it when you meditate. "I am here now to do THIS." or stated as a question: "What do I need to do within this exercise to bring me to this goal that I am trying to achieve" ... and then follow the queues.  36:00 - Relaxation is the key to power, because it will produce laser-like focus.
