The 2BSilent Podcast - Podcast készítő Brian Osborne and Dustin Neece - Csütörtökök

In this video we discuss the value of identifying clearly what you want, and a process of self-analysis that will help you uncover your true motivation for (in this case) wanting to see energy. This writing exercises is one of the first and most important practices we emphasize in all of our courses, as it allows you to know yourself on a deeper level, and become more aligned internally. We also discuss the practice of "Erasing Personal History" and a simple way to begin implementing this process into your life. We are now publishing our online courses for free. Brian & Dustin Minute by minute notes on this video below: 1:45 - On sitting down to actually write out: "What do you want, and Why do you want it?"... and the difference between this analysis process and contemplation.  3:00 - On the purpose of doing this exercise from a practical perspective and communicating your desire clearly to the subconscious. 6:00 - On the "why" being so important to know, because the motivation is the only thing that will drive you to make the necessary sacrifices and commitment to the goal, to make it happen. 8:30 - On the idea of sacrifice as it pertains to energetic work, just like anything else. 12:30 - Introducing the idea of "erasing personal history" and what that looks like in practical application. 16:30 - This is about making your energy more mobile and flexible throughout the day. 20:30 - The fears that we have around changing up our patterns and habitual modes of behavior. 21:00 - In doing this, we free up energy within us that then "Looks" for a place in your life to express or manifest or express itself some how. By breaking and loosening these patterns... we actually make MORE of our energy available to us. 22:30 - Getting clear about WHY we do the "Why do you want it?" part of the exercise on a deeper level. 27:00 - A great analogy of "coloring outside the lines" ... and the fact that ANYTHING you do that is different is going to be met with some kind of resistance. 28:30 - If you don't consciously create a new pattern, someone else will create one for you. 30:00 - On the idea of "energetic recycling" and reclaiming quotients of energy through out the day. This combined with the enhanced focus of knowing what you want and why... is a recipe for having focus, and enough energy to get to the goal. 33:00 - On the fact that most of us have FULL lives from when we get up to when we go to sleep... and that, combined with all the distractions and places where we waste time... how do are we supposed to create anything new? 33:30 - What does "POWER" actually mean? And how do we practically acquire it? 34:30 - And how does "Brushing your teeth with your opposite hand" have ANYTHING to do with POWER? 42:30 - The details of the writing exercise of asking yourself what do you want, and why do you want it? 47:30 - A lot of the "Why" is about knowing yourself. 49:30 - How this dovetails with the idea of Non-Judgement. I can't be nonjudgmental with other people if I haven't done that for myself first. 50:00 - People can resist doing this exercise because it can "unearth" parts of them that they haven't really engaged with before.  54:00 - The practicality of this exercise as a way of dissipating "internal conflicts" 55:00 - It's our incongruencies that produce most of our "energy leaks." These techniques are how we plug up those holds and brings things into alignment.  1:04:30 - Some examples of ways to begin erasing personal history in small ways through the day.
