Any exercise that incorporates "strength, flexibility, and balance" and consciously coordinates breathing and movement is so helpful and important. 2:00 - “The Harmony of The Universe” performed with closed eyes can facilitate a "view of colors, or light." 3:30 - One of the most common colors to see is purple. However, any light or color you perceive behind your closed eyes during the practice can be focused on and enhanced. This will be discussed in greater detail in the 3rd eye meditation segment of the program. 5:00 - The importance of not grasping at phenomena. 5:30 - An important reminder to keep a slight tension in the abdomen during qigong exercises, but relaxed everywhere else.
