#18 - Visiting a Spiritual Realm Within Lucid Dreams

Brian is able to transition from a waking state into a lucid dreaming state at will, stay in the lucid dreaming state as long as he needs to on any given night, and frequently does healing work for clients through lucid dreaming. In today’s Podcast episode we briefly discuss what I believe is an aspect of his personality that has helped him cultivate these abilities. We discuss a different ‘level’ of lucid dreaming. A “spiritual realm” that is even more subtle and clear than regular lucid dreams in which you can meet with spiritual mentors, guides, and other entities. Brian shares a bit about his experience of learning to get to this place and what it is like there. Additionally we discuss how this contrasts with the challenges of ‘mundane’ life, using a specific and recent example from Brian’s life.
