Hurricane Helene and the disaster relief efforts.

Tangle - Podcast készítő Isaac Saul

On Thursday, Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida's Gulf Coast as a Category 4 hurricane before moving inland and hitting the southeastern United States. The hurricane was the third to hit the Big Bend region in Florida in 13 months and broke storm surge records across the Gulf Coast. At least 130 deaths in six states have been attributed to the storm, and the death toll continues to climb. On Monday afternoon, two million homes and businesses were still without power, and floods continued to devastate counties from Florida to Virginia. You can read today's podcast here, our “Under the Radar” story here and today’s “Have a nice day” story here.Check out Episode 6 of our podcast series, The Undecideds.
