Biden’s Supreme Court reforms. On Monday, President Joe Biden proposed a set of reforms for the U.S. Supreme Court. The proposal recommends two new laws: one that sets an 18-year term limit for justices, and another that creates an enforceable code of conduct and ethics rules for the court.
