Ketubot 32: According to the Amount of One's Wickedness

Are those damages (5 categories) relevant for all kinds of harm? Also, the mishnayot can be interpreted to mean different cases leading to different punishments, which eases their dispute. Which leads back to one punishment per action - when all the details line up for corporal punishment, as the verses prioritizes things. Note - the value of the damage also makes a difference. As does the presence of witnesses and warning, and so on.
