India fires missiles into Pakistan administered Kashmir as 'pre-emptive measure'

Tensions between India and Pakistan have dramatically escalated following a deadly attack in Kashmir. India has launched what it calls a calibrated military operation targeting what it says are terrorist sites inside Pakistan-administered territory. But Pakistani authorities says civilians, including children, were killed. India says it has information that more strikes were planned on its territory.
