It was a great weekend for Paul Bunyan Country last weekend at the National Walleye Tour National Championship. First of all, the event was on one of Paul Bunyan Country's well known lakes, Otter Tail and the fish were biting. Plus, two Paul Bunyan Country anglers dominated the weekend. Drake Herd of Alexandria earned Angler of the Year honors, and young Eric McQuoid of Isle, a junior at Bemidji State University, won the National Championship.
