Despite the lockdown being in place due to Covid-19, Kev, James and Tony are joined by Simon Pitts for the latest edition of the podcast. The boys are all sticking to the social distancing guidelines and recorded the episode from their own homes. There is a message of thanks for the key workers up and down the country and then the podcast comes in three sections. Section 1 – The Future of Football (1:27) The lads discuss just what football could look like after the restrictions in place due to Coronavirus are lifted. The boys talk about when football can and should resume and how it should do so, before touching on whether or not clubs will survive this period of downtime. The section ends with a discussion on ways of helping Luton Town financially, if you can. Section 2 – The season so far (38:45) Nobody knows if the season will finish naturally, but we do know that we have seen the Town play 37 matches in the Championship. The boys reflect on what they have seen in that period and pick out their favourite moments from the campaign so far. Section 3 – Classic matches (1:03:38) The podcast finishes with the boys discussing the five matches from the archives that the club have shown on iFollow since the season was stopped. This section begins with reflections on the sad news of the passing of Raddy Antic and the importance of that goal at Maine Road in 1983. After offering their reflections on the five matches individually, all four guys pick out a Luton game and a non-Luton game from the past they would like to see again and reveal why.
