Approval could act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the town and provide the crucial funding that to ensure a new 17,500-seat stadium is built at Power Court, after that application was approved by Luton Borough Council in January. But Newlands Park is opposed by Capital & Regional, the owners of The Mall shopping centre, and the trio talk about what this could mean for the town and the football club of Luton.
