Kate’s Journey Towards Shrinking Fibroids With Cannabis, Low Dose Immunotherapy, The Dangers Of Tattoo Inks, Self Care Ideas & Much More

Many people have written in offering advice about getting pregnant because most of you know that's something that's on the horizon for us. Kate and I have not tried to get pregnant yet we're just working on her fiboids. She's going to start doing cannabis suppositories and we'll keep you up to date on that! We also did some show recaps along with diving into low dose immunotherapy. We recently did a show with Dr. Karima Hirani and she spoke extensively about how powerful low dose immunotherapy is for helping people heal. After talking about low dose immunotherapy for a while we talked about some recent findings about the dangers of tattoos. Kate really wanted to get one but the more research she did the less likely she wants to put her body through that. We found some rather disturbing information on the internet about the dangers of tattoos. If you're considering getting a tattoo I would highly suggest listening to this episode.
