Desert Island Dishes - Podcast készítő Margie Nomura

My guest today is Madeleine Shaw.Madeleine is a bestselling cookery writer, a nutritional therapist and leading wellness blogger. She was really at the forefront of blogging when it all took off and has been a pioneer in the world of wellness. She’s written 3 best selling cookbooks, launched an app, amassed a huge following online, trained as a yoga teacher – had a baby and has just released The Good Gut Guide. It’s not for nothing she’s regularly called a guru.I was so happy to not only get Madeleine on the podcast but also to have her as the guest on our first live recording of Desert Island Dishes. It was so much fun. I was really nervous which I think you may be able to hear in my voice at the beginning but we had so many people there and everyone was so lovely and they all seemed to enjoy it so that made it even better and so now we can get planning some more. If you might be interested then go to the website desertislanddishes.co and sign up for the newsletter which at the moment is very sporadic but it will be the first place we announce more live events. So we recorded the podcast in the same manner – it’s the same other than the fact its been recorded in front of an audience and I’ve left in a bit of the intro so you can get a feel for what it was like. Madeleine was absolutely lovely and a true professional – so hope you enjoy! And thank you for listening. If you’re listening and you haven’t yet left a 5* review – now’s your chance! It really is quick to do I promise and really makes such a big difference and means I can keep making the podcast each week.
